CryptoAuth Trust Platform Module with Source code Library support to development
The HV-ATECC608B mikroBUSTM is an add-on board for the CryptoAuth Trust Platform and other Microchip development platforms that contain a mikroBUS header. The board can be used to prototype applications that utilize the ATECC608B or ATECC08C CryptoauthenticationTM devces. The board supports a mikroElectronica header that connects to any board that has a mikroBUS connection. This board provides an alternative to the sample units that require a socket board for doing the initial development and testing.
The HV-ATECC608B board contains the ATECC608B secure elements – Trust&GO, TrustFLEX and TrustCUSTOM. This provides a user the ability to develop solutions with any of these secure elements based on the requirements of the application. The user guide provides a physical overview of the connections and switch setting implemented on the board.

– 1 Trust&GO: ATECC608B-TNGTLS
– 3 TrustFLEX: ATECC608B-TFLXTLS
– 4 TrustCUSTOM: ATECC608B-MAHDA
(Note: Previous versions of the Board used ATECC608A Devices) - mikroBUS header for connecting to any mikroBUS host header
- Can also be connected to any Microchip Xplained boards using ATMBusAdapter
- DIP switch to select the required secure element for development purpose.
- Ability to select one device of each type (max 3).

The HV-ATECC608B is Intended for Use with Other Microchip Hardware and Software
Hardware:
- DM320118 Trust Platform Development Board with Firmware 2.3.0 or Higher
- DM320109 CryptoAuth Starter Kit + ATMBUSAdapter with Firmware 2.3.0 or Higher
- Any Microcontroller board with a mikroBUS header
Software:
- Microchip Trust Platform Development Suite (TPDS)
- Microchip CryptoAuthentication Library (CAL) Recommended Ver 3.5.0 or higher
- Microchip CryptoAuthentication Library (Python) Recommended Ver 20230314
- Python Version 3.8.0 or higher
